For an AI agent to buy from you, it needs more than a product page. It needs a machine-readable description of what your store supports, endpoints to build and update a cart and a checkout it can complete on the shopper's behalf. Open standards now define how that works.
The Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) and the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) describe how agents discover a merchant, create a checkout session and complete a purchase. We implement them on your stack so agents can transact without bypassing the rules your business depends on.
What we implement
- Merchant manifest. The published description of your capabilities, policies and supported payment methods.
- Checkout sessions. Endpoints for creating carts, applying discounts, calculating tax and shipping and confirming the order.
- Order handoff. Agent orders landing in your platform, OMS and ERP like any other order, tagged so you can report on them.
- Policy enforcement. Pricing rules, purchase limits and eligible products applied to agents as they are to people.
Platform first, custom where needed
Some platforms, including Shopify Plus, are adding agent checkout support natively. Where that covers your needs, we configure it and fill the gaps. Where you run a composable or headless stack, we build the endpoints directly. Payment is handled alongside, covered under agent payments integration.
