A Shopify Plus migration moves your store from another platform, or from a standard Shopify plan, onto Shopify's enterprise plan. The platform part is the easy bit. The risk sits in the data, the integrations, the search rankings and the days around launch when orders cannot stop.

What moves and how
- Catalog. Products, variants, metafields, collections and media mapped to Shopify's model, including the places where it differs from your current platform.
- Customers and orders. Accounts, addresses, tags and order history imported so customers and service teams can still see past purchases.
- Subscriptions. Active subscriptions moved with your subscription provider and payment gateway so renewals keep charging on schedule.
- Search equity. Every indexed URL mapped to its new home with 301 redirects, with metadata and structured data carried over.
- Integrations. ERP, fulfilment, tax, reviews and marketing tools reconnected and tested against real orders.
How we run it
Every migration starts with discovery and a cutover plan. We list what exists today, decide what is worth keeping and agree what Shopify Plus will handle natively. Data is migrated in rounds, with counts and spot checks reconciled against the source each time. By launch day the import has been rehearsed more than once.
Cutover is planned around your trading calendar. We freeze content changes, run a final delta of new orders and customers, switch the domain and watch orders, payments and redirects closely in the days that follow.
Using what Plus adds
Plus brings B2B features on the same store, checkout extensibility, Shopify Functions for custom discount and delivery logic, additional expansion stores and higher API limits. We set up the ones you need during the migration rather than leaving them for a later phase that never quite arrives.
We also train your team on the new admin and workflows before launch, so the first week on Shopify is spent selling rather than learning.
