A good in-store associate knows the range, asks the right questions and gets the customer to the right product. Most site chatbots do none of that. They answer from a script or invent details they do not have.
We build shopping assistants that work from your live catalog, size guides, policies and stock, so the answers are accurate and the recommendations are things you can actually ship.
What an assistant can do
- Guided selling. Ask a few questions and narrow the range to the right products.
- Product questions. Sizing, materials, compatibility and care, answered from your data.
- Cart building. Add products, bundles and accessories straight to the cart.
- Policy answers. Shipping, returns and warranty, quoted from your current policies.
- Human handoff. Pass the conversation to your support team with full context.
How we build it
The assistant retrieves from your catalog and content, often using a vector database such as Pinecone alongside search from Algolia. We choose the model for the job from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, set clear limits on what it can say and test it against real customer questions before launch.
The same data foundation powers AI merchandising and personalization and an MCP server for outside assistants.
