Conversion rate optimization is the ongoing work of finding where customers drop out of your store and testing changes that keep more of them buying. Done properly, it replaces opinions about the site with evidence and builds a steady record of improvements to revenue per visitor.
Most CRO programs stall in one of two places. They test small things that were easy rather than things that matter, or they find winners that never get built properly. We run the whole loop, from research through to shipping the change in production.
We start with evidence
Analytics, funnel data, session recordings, on-site surveys, reviews and customer service logs show where people struggle and why. We use tools like PostHog to see real behaviour, then turn what we find into hypotheses tied to a specific problem.
We prioritize by revenue impact
Every idea is scored on expected impact, confidence and effort. The backlog is ordered by what is most likely to move revenue, not by what is quickest to launch. That keeps the program focused on checkout, product pages and navigation rather than button colours.
We test properly, or not at all
A test needs enough traffic and conversions to give a result you can trust. We size every test before launching it and run it for full weekly cycles. When traffic is too low to test a change reliably, we use other methods, which we cover in whether A/B testing a low traffic site is worth it.
We ship the winners
Winning variations are rebuilt as production code by our developers, not left running inside a testing tool. That keeps the site fast and maintainable, and makes sure the gains you measured are the gains you keep.
We report in plain language
Each month you see what we tested, what we learned, what shipped and the measured effect on conversion and revenue. Losing tests are reported too, because knowing what does not work is part of the value.
