An ecommerce store is never finished. Platforms release updates, apps change, integrations fail and the business keeps asking for new things. Maintenance and support keeps the store healthy, fast and secure, with a team that already knows how it works.
We support stores we have built and stores we have inherited, on Shopify Plus, BigCommerce and composable NextJS stacks. You get a named team, agreed response times and a set amount of time each month for improvements.
We monitor before things break
Uptime, checkout, integrations and site speed are monitored, so we often know about a problem before customers do. Failed order syncs, expiring certificates and broken app connections get caught early, when they are cheap to fix.
We respond quickly when they do
Issues are triaged by severity, with response times agreed up front. A broken checkout is treated very differently from a typo, and you always know who is working on what.
We keep the platform current
Platform updates, app updates, API version changes and security patches are tested and applied on a schedule, so the store does not drift into a state where every change is risky.
We keep improving the store
Part of each month is reserved for small improvements from your backlog, such as new landing page templates, merchandising features, speed work or fixes from customer feedback. The store gets better steadily rather than waiting for the next big project.
We take over inherited stores
Many brands come to us with a store built by someone else. We start with an audit of the code, apps, integrations and performance, document how everything works and fix the biggest risks first. From then on, the store is supported like one we built.
