Yardi is real estate software for owners and property managers. Voyager and Yardi Breeze hold the property, lease and accounting records, and RentCafe gives residents a portal for rent payments, maintenance requests and renewals.
The brand website sits in front of all of that. We build it so prospects can find a community, see suites and floor plans, and move into Yardi's tools to pay or log a request without feeling they have left the brand. For Mera by Marcon we built the site on NextJS and Storyblok with resident portal links into RentCafe.
Where suite availability and pricing need to come from Yardi rather than being entered in the CMS, Yardi runs a RentCafe API program for vendors working with RentCafe clients. That route involves an application, a data exchange agreement and a licence fee, so we plan it with your property management team from the start.
